I've loved Jill Scott since the second she broke on the scene a decade ago. Her newest album fits nicely into her catalog with a bit more hip-hop, including guest features by both Eve and Paul Wall. Check out this New York Times review if my recommendation isn't enough for you R&B/soul music fans:
